Was it a purr-fect ending or was it a cat fight between Kimora Lee Simmons and the folks over at Baby Phat? Looks like after 14-years the head diva in charge is no longer. Last week Kimora announced that beginning September 1st, she was leaving the Phat Farm Family (trying saving that 3 times fast.)Kimora says, "It's time for me to move on and further expand my other businesses and create a new phenomenon. I adore all those who have faithfully been with me since the beginning. I'm forever dedicated to my family, fans, and customers. My inspiration has always come from the fabulous women who have been with me through the years as we've grown from young party girls to power players!"
But of course she couldn't just make a departure without some gossip! Insiders are saying she may have been forced out by the company's new management. Plus Kimora has already been tweeting that she will not be attending any of the Baby Phat fashion shows during fashion week. She also says that her daughters who both currently model for the line will also be leaving! Meow!
